About Me

My name is Aimee Facchini, and I am a private practitioner in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology

and a Masters in Social work. I am a LICSW

with more than 25 years of experience.

My work experience is diverse and extensive,

from nonprofit agencies to grassroots

programs to crisis management to

private practice. I work with individuals

going through challenging life transitions

that may require support and guidance,

which I offer based on my extensive

experience as a social worker, teacher,

helper, healer, and empath.

I aim to foster deeper connections, cultivate

purpose and gratitude, and help individuals

understand themselves better and become

more resilient in facing life's challenges.

I am dedicated to my passion for helping people.

My Approach

Since 2004, My practice has created supportive communities for adults who are overcoming difficulties. I understand when going through life issues how helpful it is to find a space where connections can be built. I work together to create this space of understanding and supporting you through your life experiences.
